Warranty Claim
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item is defective or has a manufacturing issue, we offer a warranty claim process to resolve the problem.
Eligibility for Warranty Claims: The product must be within the warranty period stated on the product page. Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or improper care.
How to File a Warranty Claim: Contact us at spncycleph@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage. Once your claim is reviewed, we will issue instructions for returning the item (if necessary).
What We Offer: A replacement item, if available. A full refund, if the item is deemed defective and cannot be replaced. Repair or replacement of damaged parts (in the case of repairable items).
