Delivery, Pick-Up, and In-Store Collection

We offer flexible delivery, pick-up, and in-store collection options for all online store purchases and repair services to ensure your cycling equipment reaches you safely or returns to us for servicing.

Delivery:
We provide nationwide delivery for all products purchased from our online store. Delivery times typically range from 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We use reliable local couriers such as DHL or other available services to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Pick-Up Service:
If you need to return a product or send your equipment in for repairs or maintenance, we offer a convenient pick-up service.
To arrange a pick-up, please contact our support team at spncycleph@gmail.com with your order details and address.
Pick-up is available in SPN Cycle and Cycle Lab, and we use Lalamove or any other available local courier service.
Pick-up fees may apply, depending on your location and service type. Fees will be calculated at the time of booking.

In-Store Collection:
If you prefer to pick up your order in person, you can choose In-Store Collection at checkout.
Orders placed for in-store collection will be ready for pick-up at our headquarters within 2 business days. Our team will notify you once your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation or ID when collecting your items in-store.

Turnaround Time:
For repairs or maintenance, we aim to complete services within 10 business days. You will be notified once your equipment is ready for return delivery or in-store collection.

Scheduling and Availability:
Delivery and pick-up services are available Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Weekend pick-up services and in-store collections are available upon request, subject to availability.
